Welcome to Susan Steel Nails (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

To access certain features of our Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our express written permission.

6. Deposit Terms
For certain services or courses, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking. 

If you need to reschedule a course once you have completed the registration process, you may do so up to 2 days before the scheduled start date of the course without any penalty. To reschedule, please contact us at susansteelnails@aol.com with your registration details.

If you request to reschedule within 2 days of the course start date, a rescheduling fee of £20 may apply. 

Courses can typically be rescheduled only once. If you have any questions regarding the rescheduling process, please contact susansteelnails@aol.com.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the deposit payment, in which case you may receive a refund minus any applicable processing fees. 

The remaining balance will be due 2 days before the start of the course. If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.

7. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a purchase, you may do so within 7 days of the course date for a full refund.  To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at susansteelnails@aol.com with your order details. 

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Site.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Susan Steel Nails be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
